Don't judge my belly i'm struggling to get off those last few dang lbs. So I really wanted to do something really different with my hair...Unfortunately I haven't found a stylist I really trust with my hair. I have only had one horrid hair cut ever in my entire life so when I decided to get this done, garrett suggested I should probably go somewhere other than supercuts, which is where I usually go because they are cheap and I usually just go in for a trim or something easy....NOT chopping all way hairs off! Here is the Long detailed version of my hair did story so pull up a chair and grab some popcorn..... Its sort of a horror/comedy....is that possible????
So I texted some friends and being the impatient person I am I started looking at places before any of them responded. ....So I go in to this place and it looked alright....and the lady was like sure I'll get you right in. I say alright. I come back, the lady takes me into a room....
Who has a ROOM??? Weird... Then this little Indian girl comes in with
her sister who is deaf. The girl hardly says anything to me. She
washes my hair and I show her the picture of what I want. I am
literally freaking out already about it... She says yeah that she could do it and she'll be
right back. I should of left then but didn't. I was tense thee entire
time, and she asked to see the picture about 20 times. She just kept
cutting and cutting and cutting. The sides were really short and the
back was LONG weird long. The part was weird and it LOOKED NOTHING like
the picture. She used ZERO product in my hair. Then halfway through
styling she leaves and her deaf sister starts straightening my hair.
UMMMMM. By this time I seriously want to RUNNNN away and cry. I asked
her twice if she could fix the back because it looked funny and she didn't do anything. After
her SISTER finished straightening my hair she sprayed AQUA NET on my
hair) I was like seriously! (im not a snob at all about hair products
but if im paying $30 for a cut you better put something besides aqua net
in my hair) I practically ran to the front to pay and I still had the
wrap on that they put on you while they cut your hair. SO then I get up
to the front to pay and hand them my card. It says right there that
they take card (who doesn't these days anyways) and anyway the machine
is shut off. They were like do you have cash? I said no I don't it
says right here that you take a card. They said it was the owners and
they are independent contractors..... I was like well I only have card.
They were like can you come back on tuesday? I was like you want me
to drive 8 miles to pay you money because you can't take my card. They
were like we can drive to your house. I was like ummm I don't think so.
So I ended up getting the horrible haircut for free. They told me to
come back on tuesday...I'm not going back is that horrible??? (The other lady that I went to see said if someone absolutely butchered your hair and you hated it, she wouldn't of made them pay so I guess I feel a little less guilty about it)
Okay Last chapter of this novel. So my friend texts me right when i'm
leaving of her stylist. So we run to chipotle and I can't even eat because I
was so upset about my hair, the only thing garrett could say was I'm
sorry, i'm sorry. We'll find someone to fix it...i'm soo soo sorry
babe. So basically he hated it!! as much as I did. So we drive over
to the salon because no one is answering the phone. I run up there
about in tears, and say is there ANY way you can fix my hair this Indian
girl cut it at a different salon and its horrible. She looked up and
literally was like oh my gosh she totally butchered your hair, yes yes I
can do it. After she got me in the chair she was like that girl seriously
had no idea what she was doing. This stylist was soooo amazing. My
hair is alot shorter than I wanted but i actually like it and i am not
so embarrassed that I couldn't go to church the next day. She was so sweet.
Now I wish I would of taken a picture of the nasty cut. The other girl
didn't texture it at all. Like literally I could of cut it better. It
was like a chop chop mess. Anyways if you made it through this whole
novel congratulations! And NOW I have a girl I LOVE to go to!
